Khalid Stephen is a package handler who understands the value of this tech when he operates the robotic arm “Shippy,” which helps unload boxes from pallets onto a conveyor belt, on busy days.

Ruy Pérez López enjoys overcoming a challenge, and he is always on the search for solutions for his team. He is responsible for operations at the FedEx Guadalajara Gateway, which includes monitoring flights, overseeing the sorting and unloading of goods, and prioritizing meetings with his team so they feel supported.
